interface the possibility that calls can be sent from the CUCM to an external application. This application can be EasyUC.

Upon receiving the call, the CUCM would send that call to us and we would search our database for a record of that number.

The result could be that we send a name back to the CUCM and so the user receiving this call sees a name on his phone.

Or the call is blocked because the number is stored in EasyUC as a number to be blocked.
